> I retain the rights to the original artwork, therefore it is possible I will use the piece in a portfolio, as a commission example, or as an image in a tutorial.
> My art is not affiliated in any way with NFTs (Non-Fungible Token) or A.I. Image generators. You may not use my art for monetary gain unless otherwise discussed.
_______________ PROCESS:
> Commissions can take anywhere from 1 week to 3+ months to finish. I like to work based on motivation, that way I am providing you with the best possible quality I can offer. If I take too long, I will be in contact with you within a reasonable time frame or feel free to contact me at any time to check on your status as I do not publicly post a commission queue.
> WIPS are only provided if asked for, though if I feel like I need a second opinion on getting a character or pose right, I will ask you.
> You will receive a full size graphics friendly PNG at 300DPI of your commission.
>> If you want your commission to be a print, let me know so I can size and format it correctly. The original price may change depending on the size of the print you'd like to have!
- Pixels are only provided as transparent PNGs or GIFs.
_______________ REFUNDS:
There will be no refunds after a piece is completed.
>> A full refund will only be provided if a piece has not been started on or, I as the artist, choose I cannot start or finish a piece for any reason. A partial refund can be provided based on the amount of work completed at the time of the refund.
You can ask for a refund at any time. I know possibly waiting up to months may be daunting and I will not hold it against you if you would like to cancel for any reason before I have started your piece.
